SHIPPING

All pieces are shipped from Berlin and sustainably packaged.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Jewelry already available on our website will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order Pieces: These will be shipped within 3–6 weeks after the order is placed.

Custom Pieces: Custom designs generally take up to 3–8 weeks to be fully handcrafted and ready for shipping, depending on the piece's complexity.

We ship worldwide. Throughout Europe, the United States and Asia within 5-10 days of your order. Generally, we use DHL with tracking, 6 EUR within Germany and 20 EUR to the rest of the world. Shipping times depend on the country.

Express shipping may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. To request express shipping, please contact contact@verakamea.com.

Please note that VERA KAMEA is not responsible for customs fees upon package entry into your country. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. We suggest checking with your local customs office regarding any fees.

VERA KAMEA is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

RETURNS

All sales are final.

Because every item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. VERA KAMEA will not be accepting returns of jewelry due to incorrect sizing. Only in exceptional circumstances, if your item arrives damaged, can you arrange a return within 14 days of your package’s arrival. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.

To request a return you can contact us at contact@verakamea.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
