Shipping is available worldwide, with additional shipping costs added to the final price of your order during checkout.

5.4 Local Pickup
If you reside in Berlin (DE), you can choose to pick up your order in person.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and a refund will be issued after it is shipped back to us. Returned merchandise must be in unworn original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties.

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6.2 Approval of Custom Pieces
For custom orders, you will receive images of the design before completion. Once you approve the design and size, returns or exchanges will not be possible.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
